A world class Australian Sailing Team AST are at Qingdao, 15th-23rd August, to compete at the sailing venue for the Beijing 2008 Summer Olympic Games.

New Zealand Sailing Berths Beijing Olympics
New Zealand To Have Six Sailing Berths at the Beijing 2008 Olympics
New Zealand has qualified in seven classes for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games after placings in the 2007 world sailing championships in Portugal.
Silver Medals were won by Barbara Kendall in the Women’s Windsurfer - RS:X and Andrew Murdoch in Men’s One Person Dinghy - Laser.
